Where stories
come alive
and tradition finds its stage.
Jagali Artspace draws its spirit from the timeless traditions of Indian theatre, music, and dance. Like the village jagali — the sacred gathering space where stories were shared, performances unfolded, and communities came together — our space celebrates the living heritage of performance. Founded in 2025, Jagali Artspace has already trained over 10,000 students and brought the magic of classical performing arts to more than 30,000 audience members. As a holder of the Indian Book of Records, and having worked with institutions like RMS International School and Apollo NPS, we carry forward the Parampara with devotion, discipline, and creative fire.

Voices from the Sabha
Jagali Artspace keeps the spirit of Indian performance alive with authenticity and devotion that is rare in today's world. The students perform with a maturity that speaks to the quality of training.
A rare space where tradition is preserved and youth are inspired to continue the lineage. The workshops changed how I see classical art — and how I see myself.
Their productions reflect discipline, culture, and heartfelt expression rooted in Parampara. Every performance is a sacred offering to the art and the audience.
We collaborated with Jagali Artspace for a school cultural production and were amazed by the professionalism and the passion they brought. Our students were transformed by the experience.
The summer camp was a revelation for our child. In just a few weeks, her confidence, posture, and love for classical arts grew tremendously. We couldn't be happier.
Jagali Artspace is not just a performing arts academy — it is a movement. Their dedication to Parampara and their ability to make classical forms accessible to the next generation is truly inspiring.
Sunil Raay's direction is meticulous and deeply rooted in tradition. The production we witnessed was world-class. We are proud to have associated with Jagali Artspace.
As a parent, I worried classical arts might feel old-fashioned for my teenager. Jagali Artspace proved me completely wrong. The energy, creativity, and cultural depth they bring is extraordinary.
Meet the Gurus
Masters who breathe life into tradition — four visionaries preserving the sacred thread of Indian performing arts across generations.
Sunil Raay
A visionary force in Indian theatre and Yakshagana, Sunil Raay has shaped the identity of Jagali Artspace through powerful choreographies that weave epic storytelling with rigorous classical form. His 22 years of devotion to stage craft have produced some of the most celebrated productions in South India.
Jeevitha Ravi Gowda
The heart and soul of Jagali Artspace. Jeevitha's pioneering vision in 2006 transformed a dream of living heritage into a thriving institution. A master of Bharatanatyam, she combines deep classical scholarship with a modern curatorial sensibility that has inspired thousands of students and audiences alike.
Bharath Akira
A distinguished Carnatic vocalist and All India Radio artist, Bharath Akira brings the sacred melodic tradition of South India to every Jagali production. His command over raga and tala — and his rare ability to compose new works in classical idiom — make him an irreplaceable voice in the ensemble.
Guru Moulya
Guru Moulya's choreographic language is a bridge between ancient gesture and contemporary movement. As an Artistic Director, she has helmed landmark productions blending classical Kathak vocabulary with original dramatic narratives — earning Jagali acclaim across the country's major cultural circuits.
Art is not what you see, but what you make others see — and on this stage, the body itself becomes the verse.
